现在的人们，因为各种原因，买房的时候喜欢选择精装房。精装房虽然方便，却也备受人们诟病。主要就几点原因： 1、精装房的效果千篇一律，风格都是套用的。 2、精装房的材料不敢保证。 3、工艺没办法保证，是否偷工减料谁也说不上。 4、设计感觉在昏黄的色调显得陈旧土气，整个空间看起来颇有“年代感”，收纳空间严重不足，空间性能欠缺。 往往客户一交房一看，“哎呀，太糟心了”！

设计师选择了低调简约的餐桌，搭配不规则吊灯点缀，低调的奢华，为业主打造不庸俗又温馨的餐厅，一家人吃饭，请朋友吃饭，都倍感舒适。
The designer chose a low-key simple dining table, decorated with irregular chandeliers, low-key luxury, and created a non-vulgar and warm restaurant for the owner. The family eats and invites friends to eat.
